The Sin Committee will open for Textures

textures reaching home tour in Nijmegen

We are very excited to announce we are chosen by dutch progressive metal act Textures to open for their show in Doornroosje! We will be playing with Koen Romeijn from Detonation on bass guitar, since our bass player Willem is currently in India. We will be playing a lot of our new material that is scheduled to be recorded for our full-length release in the near future.

You can get your tickets at: www.doornroosje.nl/agenda/2509/textures-kyu

The Sin Committee releases new track

It took a while, but here it finally is: ‘World Without End’. Check it out and let us know what you think! The song can be downloaded at our Soundcloud page or in the widget above. The direct download link is here.

In the past few months we have been recording a number of songs in our home studio in preparation of our upcoming full-length debut album. Although the recordings were originally intended to be used by the band only, they already sounded so well that we came up with the idea of sharing some tracks with the outside world. This way we want to offer a sneak preview of our upcoming album and get more people interested in our music. We are planning to release more tracks in the coming months, so stay tuned.

Update on progress of new recordings

We are currently in the process of recording the new songs as mentioned in our last news update. These home recordings will help us deciding which songs will make it to our upcoming album. We also intend to share some stuff with you as soon as it is finished to give you an idea of what to expect from our new work. We are really excited about the new material and can’t wait to share it with you.

Website under construction

Welcome, at our new website! We are still constructing and adding content at the moment. That means your browsing experience on the site will currently be slightly less satisfactory than normal. We hope to finish very soon.

On another note, we are glad to tell you we have planned to record two new songs next month. This will be your sneak peek at the upcoming full-length album we hope to release in 2012. So please stay tuned.
